Our utmost priority is them wanting to come back and associate with us. With that spirit in mind, we have launched our one of a kind loyalty program. Here we give more and more benefit to our customers who always give us a chance to provide them with beautiful jewellery and attractive discounts/offers that will keep them wanting more!

Who should enrol?

Those people who like to buy our stunning pieces frequently should definitely enrol and take advantage of our discounts which come easy with this loyalty program. Continuous visits and purchases will keep the interested customers in the running for higher and higher discounts for every subsequent purchase in the form of redeemable points.

How can customers earn points?

1. Customers can only accumulate points when buying gold jewellery, diamond jewellery and silver jewellery. This loyalty program will not be applicable on any other type of jewellery. 
2. Customers will earn 1 point for every Rs.150 spent. They will receive points on the amount excluding taxes. 
3. All customer’s accumulated points will expire if no transactions are made (accumulating or redeeming) within one year after the last transaction. For better chances of availing the discounts, it is advised to keep the intervals between two consecutive purchases less than 12 months.

How can customers redeem points?

1. Customers can only redeem points as a discount against making charges of gold, diamond and silver jewellery or articles. As mentioned before, this program will not cover any items other than the ones mentioned here.
2. Discount cannot exceed the making charges of any product.
3. All products sold by GDS on MRP are exempt from loyalty discount.
4. Customers will get Rs1 discount against 1 accumulated loyalty point.

Enrollment rules:

1. All customers can enrol for the program for free. There are no hidden/explicit charges to be a part of this program.
2. There is no expiry for the membership itself – once a member, always a member. There is an expiry for the redeemable points, though – 1 year. If not used in 1 year, such points will no longer be valid.
3. There is no charge for the card.
4. This scheme (offer) cannot be combined with any other offer.

It is mandatory to provide the customer’s mobile number for the loyalty card, as the mobile number and the loyalty card number will be the same.
